Does anyone come to mind when we mention a leader who exemplifies courage, confidence, and character in all that she does, whether that be in her personal or professional life?

If you answered yes to any of the above questions, then we want to hear everything about them! Nominations for Girl Scouts of Louisiana – Pines to the Gulf’s 2025 Women of Distinction are now OPEN! 

Women of Distinction provides an opportunity for our Girl Scout organization to honor and recognize local woman who embody the spirit of the Girl Scout Mission and who provide incredible role models for the young girls that we serve through our program. We will be hosting TWO Women of Distinction Luncheons to honor local women in our northern and southern service regions.

GSLPG’s 2025 Women of Distinction will be held in Shreveport on September 11th and in Lafayette on September 16th. wo incredible groups of nominees will be selected to be recognized in each local community! 

We will also be recognizing one adult male at each event who embodies the mission of Girl Scouting through our “Man Enough to be a Girl Scout” Award!

So many amazing and incredible things happening and we want you to be a part of it.
