SHREVEPORT, La. — The Shreveport Mudbugs have selected Willis Knighton Health as their exclusive sports medicine provider under a new three-year agreement. The partnership includes a dedicated athletic trainer from Willis Knighton Sports Medicine and annual funding to support the junior hockey team.

The arrangement underscores Willis Knighton’s continued investment in the region’s athletic community, offering care that focuses on injury prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation.

Dr. Shane Barton, executive medical director of orthopedic surgery and rehabilitation at Willis Knighton, echoed the excitement about the new partnership.
