Dennis Bamburg Agency has earned Military Community Champion status by:

Offer military discount
Have hiring procedures to actively seek to hire military connected individuals (veterans, spouses, dependents)
Guard/Reserve deployment (salary differential/full pay/medical/same career path upon return)
Have a certain percentage of your staff that are military connected
Military mentorship program

We offer military discount on insurance premiums. I hire military spouses and currently have a reservist working full-time in the office. I have reached out to hire additional veterans and military spouses. The reservist employee is deploying next year and I have already informed her that she will have accommodations set in place to ensure she is on her same career path when she returns from overseas. Right now, 33% of my staff are military affiliated, but my goal is 50% or higher. I have a program set in place to help military spouses receive their insurance license. I pay for their training, study material, and tests to further their education and skills.
