Key Responsibilities

• Connect job seekers with appropriate employment opportunities

• Qualify and screen applicants through interviews and assessments

• Conduct in-person, phone, and virtual interviews

• Perform skills profiling to match candidates to open positions

• Schedule interviews and coordinate next steps with candidates and clients

• Maintain accurate applicant records and documentation

• Build and maintain positive relationships with associates and customers

• Provide excellent customer service to both candidates and clients

• Meet hiring goals and performance metrics in a fast-paced environment
