
Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

As a Customer Service Representative with Larry Poole State Farm, you will generate outstanding customer experiences that reinforce our agency’s reputation. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, collaborating with agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering top-tier customer service. This role involves assisting clients with their insurance needs, managing inquiries, assist claims, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Will be required to obtain a valid Property & Casualty insurance license within 90 days of hire date.
- Additionally, Life and Health insurance license is preferred; if not currently licensed in Life and Health, candidates must obtain the Life and Health license within 180 days of hire.
- Previous experience in insurance and financial services is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused, empathetic, and a team player.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
