Description

The Louisiana Association for the Blind (LAB) recently expanded its Shreveport headquarters with a 16,000-square-foot renovation project. Led by Hand Construction and architects Newman Marchive, the project converted a former copy paper warehouse into the new V.I.T.A.L. (Vision, Independence, Training, Access, and Learning) headquarters facility.
