Bossier Innovates Foundation - The Bossier Innovates Foundation is dedicated to advancing the economic, educational and entrepreneurial opportunities of the region, particularly those programs of the Bossier Chamber of Commerce. We strive to promote programming that cultivates growth and development of a thriving business community in NWLA.
Bossier Youth Leadership - This committee oversees the preparation of our high school students to take on leadership roles when they enter the business community. This prestigious program consists of nine monthly sessions in Leadership, Team Building, Quality of Life, Education, Healthcare & Technology, Law Enforcement, Social Services, Economic Development, and Capitol Day. This is a committee of the Bossier Innovates Foundation.
Military Support Foundation - The Northwest Louisiana Military Support Foundation is a foundation that coordinates community support for our military families within Northwest Louisiana.

Business Development - The Business Development Committee’s purpose is to grow and retain the current membership base. In addition, the Business Development Committee encourages business-to-business interaction and member involvement of Bossier Chamber programming.
Community Sustainability - The purpose of the Community Sustainability Committee is to monitor, review and engage in quality of life/place issues that affect the city, parish and community at large. The committee will choose focus areas each year, which may include but not be limited to education, infrastructure, water, recruitment of people to our area, monitoring community indicators, etc. The committee will serve to not only monitor these important issues but also to serve as a think tank to provide solutions that can be taken to the appropriate entities for their support and action.
Government Relations - The Chamber works with local, state, and national government bodies to monitor issues that affect business in our community. The Government Relations Committee is established to keep in mind the best interest of local businesses and to hear concerns of the Chamber members. Through lobbying efforts, special events, legislative updates, governmental affairs newsletter, and attending city meetings, the Chamber is the voice of business in Bossier Parish. **Application required.**
Military Relations - The Ark-La-Tex region is home to many military units and the Military Relations Committee has a thriving program of work that supports these military partners. The Bossier Chamber works to ensure the continued growth and prosperity of our military in the Bossier/Shreveport community through many programs and initiatives including community education, support of military awards programs, and hosting semi-annual veteran's job fairs.

Diplomat Program - The Bossier Chamber Diplomat Organization is a group of volunteers that exemplify outstanding service and support of the Bossier Chamber and its mission. Some of the Bossier Chamber Diplomat responsibilities include: greeting members and guests at business networking events, participating in ribbon cutting and groundbreaking ceremonies for Bossier Chamber members, assisting the Chamber in meeting the needs of its members, and periodically visiting Bossier Chamber members throughout the year. **Application required.**
Bossier Chamber Board of Directors -The Board of Directors is responsible for ensuring the organization’s long-term financial stability and integrity. Directors ensure that the organization fulfills its mission by doing quality work. Directors recognize that in order to foster the organization’s continued viability and growth, diversification of income sources is essential and they pledge to personally contribute needed resources and talents toward this end. **Application required.**
