2026 Women's Leadership Conference

The Bossier Chamber of Commerce proudly recognizes the hard work, leadership, and contributions of women in our community. To honor their success and promote continued professional and personal growth, the Chamber is hosting our second annual Women's Leadership Conference. This half-day gathering will feature inspiring speakers, practical workshops, and valuable networking opportunities for women looking to excel in business, family, and community leadership.

The Bossier Chamber is holding this conference in March, during Women’s History Month, and the theme is “Be Bold”, to encourage women professionals to step into the light and take charge of their professional and personal growth.

Attendees will hear keynote presentations from Melvina A. Smith, CMSgt (Ret), USAF, CEO and founder of The Mel Perspective LLC, and Courtney Kunau-Davis, entrepreneur and mindset & wellness mentor.
