The Bossier Chamber of Commerce proudly recognizes the hard work, leadership, and contributions of women in our community. To honor their success and promote continued professional and personal growth, the Chamber is launching a local conference with our inaugural event. This half-day gathering will feature inspiring speakers, practical workshops, and valuable networking opportunities for women looking to excel in business, family, and community leadership.

The conference will be held in March, aligning with Women’s History Month, and will embrace the theme “Bloom Where You Are Planted.” This theme reflects the values of resilience, faith, and perseverance—reminding us that through hard work and determination, we can overcome challenges and achieve success.
