Join us for the annual Northwest Louisiana Job and Resource Fair!

On March 4th 2026, the Northwest Louisiana Job and Resource Fair returns for veterans, military spouses, transitioning service members and civilians' looking to join the workforce or make a career change. 

This two day event for job seekers will begin with Job Readiness: A prelude to Career Success on March 3rd and the job and resource fair on March 4th.

Exhibitor Guests

Exhibitor guests are invited from regional or out of state employers, workforce organizations and veteran and military supporting agencies to participate in the Northwest Louisiana Job and Resource Fair on March 4, 2026. Exhibitors will have the opportunity to interact with veterans, military spouses, transitioning service members and civilians seeking employment or career changes, share information about available positions or military connected resources, and discuss potential opportunities with attendees.

Sponsors (Gold & Silver Options Available)

Sponsors can support the Northwest Louisiana Job and Resource Fair on March 4, 2026, which includes a job readiness day and job and resource fair. Gold and Silver sponsorship options provide varying levels of recognition and visibility before and during the event while supporting workforce development efforts for veterans, military spouses, transitioning service members and civilians.

Join us for a half-day session focused on job preparedness designed to help you succeed on March 3, 2026. We’ll provide the tools and guidance you need to stand out to employers:

  • Resume Assistance: Review, refine, and tailor your resume for maximum impact
  • Elevator Pitch Development: Craft and perfect a 30–60 second introduction that showcases your goals and value
  • Professional Tips & Tricks: Learn strategies to present yourself confidently, network effectively, and make lasting impressions. Don't miss our dress for success event for men and women!

During the job and resource fair on March 4, 2026, job seekers will have the opportunity to meet with employers, learn about available positions, discuss career paths, and make professional connections. Attendees can share their experience, ask questions, and gather information to support their job search or career transition. Explore a variety of resources designed to support veterans and military-connected individuals available right here in Northwest Louisiana.

You are welcome to attend the job fair only, or both events.

March 3: Job Readiness Workshops (for job seekers), 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

March 4: Job & Resource Fair 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

  • Do not attend on March 3, this is only for job seekers.
  • Exhibitors and resource organizations are invited to participate on March 4, during the Job & Resource Fair.
  • March 3 is reserved exclusively for Job Readiness workshops for job seekers.

The two-day event begins with Job Readiness: A Prelude to Career Success on March 3 and concludes with the Job & Resource Fair on March 4, tailored to support the military and veteran community.
